I hereby apply for membership of Worcester Nomads Cricket Club, and, if elected agree to abide by the Rules of the Club, and the Club's Code of Conduct.

Prospective members are advised that they are expected to participate in the full activities of the club, both on and off the playing field.  Such duties include the essential and necessary preparation and maintenance of the ground, and the operation and maintenance of the club's facilities, including bar duties and pavilion maintenance.

This form should be submitted, with all sections completed, to the Hon Secretary, 10 Broadfield Gardens, Great Meadow, Worcester WR4 0DP.  Prospective members will be considered for membership at the first Executive Committee Meeting of the Club following receipt of the application.  Prospective members will be advised in writing of the outcome of their application.
