Directions
Worcester Nomads Cricket Club is located just off the main Worcester to Hereford road, about 5 miles from the centre of Worcester, in the tiny village of Bransford. With the recently extended southern link, access from north, south, east or west is now relatively straightforward.

From the M5, junction 7, turn west, towards Worcester. At the first roundabout turn left, continuing straight at the next two roundabouts, over the River Severn. Continue over the large roundabout, following signs for Hereford and Leominster. Continue until the second roundabout, and turn left signposted Hereford, the A4103. Continue for approximately 1 mile, passing the Teme Bridge and the Fox public house. Immediately after the next right-hand bend, turn left, signposted Powick, following signs for The Bear and Ragged Staff public house and restaurant. Directly opposite The Bear and Ragged Staff, take the second driveway into our ground.
From the north and Worcester city centre, follow signs for Hereford, Leominster, Malvern, proceeding over the old bridge across the River Severn. Pass Worcestershire's New Road County Ground, and continue directly across the roundabout following signs for Hereford and Leominster, into the St Johns area of the city. At the traffic lights, proceed straight on, continuing towards Hereford and Leominster. Proceed approximately 1 mile, under the railway arch, until you meet the roundabout. Take the second exit, marked Hereford, the A4103. Continue for approximately 1 mile, passing the Teme Bridge and the Fox public house. Immediately after the next right-hand bend, turn left, signposted Powick, following signs for The Bear and Ragged Staff public house and restaurant. Directly opposite The Bear and Ragged Staff, take the second driveway into our ground.
From Malvern and the south-west, leave Malvern on the A449 heading for Worcester. After approximately 2 miles, turn left immediately prior to the dual carriageway, signposted Bransford. Proceed past the Three Nuns public house, and at the junction, turn left. Continue for approximately 1 mile, and immediately over the railway bridge you will see the Bear and Ragged Staff. Take the third driveway on the left into our ground.
From Hereford and the west, drive through Leigh Sinton, heading along the A4103 towards Worcester. Continue past Bransford Golf Club and hotel. Approximately 300 yards past Bransford filling station, turn right, signposted Powick, following signs for The Bear and Ragged Staff public house and restaurant. Directly opposite The Bear and Ragged Staff, take the second driveway into our ground.
From Leominster and the west, head along the A44 towards Worcester until you reach the roundabout marking the end of the southern link. Take the third exit, right, marked Hereford, the A4103. Continue for approximately 1 mile, passing the Teme Bridge and the Fox public house. Immediately after the next right-hand bend, turn left, signposted Powick, following signs for The Bear and Ragged Staff public house and restaurant. Directly opposite The Bear and Ragged Staff, take the second driveway into our ground.
Our 3rd XI currently play their home fixtures in the village of Broadwas, at the very top left corner of the map above. Take the A44 signposted Leominster, when heading out of Worcester, and drive for approximately 5 miles, passing Laylocks Garden Centre on your left, driving through the village of Cotheridge, and entering Broadwas village. On the right you will see a telephone kiosk and postbox. 50 yards past here there is a right turn, signposted Village Hall (if you pass the Royal Oak Inn you have gone too far). Proceed up this narrow lane for half a mile, and the ground is over the tall hedge on the left. Parking is available inside the ground, but please be aware of the croquet lawns when manoeuvring your vehicle.
